I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms offered an excellent view, although some cars parked directly outside the lounge windows, and the jacuzzi bath and separate shower were great features. The room was spacious and comfortable despite being a bit tight on space. The bed and shower were both of good quality, which was important for a relaxing stay.

The service at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The pool and spa area, including the outdoor huge jacuzzi, were fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location of the hotel was just right for walking and exploring the town. It was cozy with lots of space to choose from. Being close to pubs, restaurants, and outdoor shops made it convenient for various activities. Suzzie, the cleaner, was absolutely lovely. This was my second visit, and definitely not my last!

My stay at the hotel was lovely and comfortable. The rooms were clean with excellent lighting and had lovely touches, although a bit smaller than expected. The service was friendly, and I appreciated the quick assistance with our hot tub and TV. The location was perfect for exploring Ambleside and the lakes. Dining options were excellent, offering a choice second to none. The facilities were top-notch overall.

They were bright, airy, well-equipped, and kept very clean. Despite the cozy size, the room had a large bed, a small sofa, chairs, and a decently sized bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful attitude throughout my visit. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to explore the charming surroundings of Ambleside. While the dining experience had its moments of amusement and enjoyment, there were slight setbacks like small portions and a malfunctioning coffee machine. I found my stay at the hotel to be an absolutely luxurious experience. The rooms were spacious and complete with all the luxury amenities one could wish for, including a good bed and a refreshing shower.
